Simiatug Towers and Cocha Colorada Lagoon

Simiatug is one of the most beautiful and least known corners of Ecuador, good to visit when you want to get away from the crowds to a secluded area with a native culture, where it's still possible to find indigenous communities wearing their typical attire, picturesque markets, and traditional indigenous celebrations. Around here, small ancestral towns have risen in the middle of green grasslands and numerous pine forests, above which rise rocky peaks of good rock and super whimsical figures.
