Integral del Pasochoa is a route that goes around the entire caldera of the volcano, conquering all its peaks. It can start at the Pasochoa Wildlife Refuge, or at the Pasochoa Hydroelectric Plant. The trail is well marked until halfway, which would be approximately the Pasochoa Highest Summit. From this summit, the trail practically disappears, which makes it necessary to advance through a grassland that can sometimes be difficult, half following some tracks that once existed. The route goes through all the peaks and may require some descents with caution. It's important to have checked the map and have navigation and orientation skills, to overcome this difficult paramo and to orient yourself among the pastures and forests, to be able to get out to the cobblestone road which leads to San Pedro del Murco, where the route ends.
